The War Party Management system in Throney allows officers to create predefined party compositions for battles and strategic planning. These profiles can be called within Discord using the /party function, ensuring seamless coordination for guild engagements.

📌 Creating a War Party Profile

To create a War Party Profile, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Guild Settings

    • Go to the Throney Dashboard.

    • Select the guild you want to create a war party for.

    • Click “Manage Guild”.

  2. Create a New Profile

    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate “Guild Profiles”.

    • Click “Create New Profile”.

    • Name your profile (e.g., “Arch Boss Peace”, “Siege Parties”, “Static Parties” “Arch Boss Conflict”, Etc).

    • Save the profile.

    • This profile will now function as a War Party Profile, allowing it to be accessed through Discord.

🛠️ Configuring Your War Party

Once the War Party Profile is created:

  1. Go to the Party Builder

    • Open the “Party Builder” section within your guild dashboard.

    • The system will automatically categorize all members by role such as Tank, DPS, Healer who have uploaded their gear into Throney.

  2. Customize the Party Composition

    • Create Parties with custom names to quickly identify special teams.

    • Adjust party roles based on player classes and gear setup.

    • Move members between squads for optimal balance.

    • Save the setup to finalize your War Party.

Leaving an empty party will cause an error when posting the party to discord. if there is an empty party in a given profile, please delete it

⚔️ Calling the War Party in Discord

Once your War Party Profile is configured, you can deploy it in Discord using:

/party [guild]

Remember, party profiles are specific to each guild, so you must select the correct guild for the correct profile.
