This guide covers everything after the Quickstart. If you haven’t added the bot and run /setup yet, start there first.

Step 1: Configure Your Guilds

After /setup, you have one guild with a default name. To customize:
  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Under Guild Management, rename your guild or add more (up to 4)
  3. Each guild can have its own name and member roster

Step 2: Set Default Channels

Navigate to Settings and configure where the bot posts by default:
  • Attendance Channel - Where /attendance results appear
  • Events Channel - Where scheduled event signups get posted
  • Loot Channel - Where item listings and auction results go
You can override these per-event or per-listing, but setting defaults saves time.

Step 3: Configure Class Roles

Navigate to Settings > Class Roles to map the 36 T&L classes to your alliance’s role system (Mainball, Flex, Cannon, etc.). This affects loadout compositions, leaderboard filters, and guild statistics.

Step 4: Enable Member Access (Optional)

By default, only officers can see the dashboard. To let guild members log in:
  1. Go to Settings > Member Permissions
  2. Toggle which pages members can see (leaderboard, calendar, wishlists, etc.)
  3. Members log in at throney.gg with Discord and see only the pages you’ve enabled
Members can view data but cannot create, edit, or manage anything.

Step 5: Set Up DKP (Optional)

If your alliance uses a point-based loot system:
  1. Go to DKP Settings and configure decay rates and auction rules
  2. Create your first item listing or auction from the DKP section
  3. Use /attendance to automatically award DKP based on event weights

Step 6: Set Up Recruitment (Optional)

  1. Go to Recruitment > Forms and create an application form
  2. Go to Recruitment > Settings and set a review channel
  3. Use the Embed Builder to post a recruitment message in Discord
  4. Share your public apply link: throney.gg/apply/YOUR_SERVER_ID

Step 7: Have Members Upload

Tell your guild members to run /upload in Discord with a screenshot of their character profile. That’s it. One command and they’re in the system with their class, gear, and stats tracked.
Officers can also upload on behalf of members using /upload [image] @user.
